Early Careers


In September 2025, Salt Separation Services opened the doors to the SaltSep academy, welcoming apprentices from the local area. 

Through hands-on training and structured learning, our apprentices are developing the skills needed to become the workshop engineers, fitters, machinists and welders of tomorrow.
