Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Shortlisting
The hiring manager for the role will review applications and if successful you will move one to the next stage.
- Stage 2
Phone Screen
One of our HR team will bring you into a culture fit interview to ensure that your experience and values are aligned with SSS. We'd love to know more about you, why you are interested in Salt Sep, and what you are looking for in that next career move!
- Stage 3
Initial interview
The hiring manager and another colleague will be interviewing at this stage and exploring your skills and suitability for the role. We're looking for you to share your experience in more detail, learn about what you've already done and the impact you've had.
- Stage 4
Final Interview
Being one of the team is important to us at Salt Separation Services, so we invite you to meet some of your future colleagues and learn more about the role and work you will be doing with us. This is a great time to explore any of those last questions with us!
- Stage 5
Offer
Once you have successfully completed the previous stages, we will make you an offer. This will be verbal and followed up with a formal offer made through our signing software.
- Stage 6
Hired
Congratulations! you've done it! It's just a case of setting up your start date. Of course in the led up to joining us there is a pre-onboarding where we have dedicated software to guide you through the process and share your contract, and relevant paperwork - so we can make day 1 as smooth as possible.
